A NEW HOUSE!

That's what it felt like coming in after our Accredited Staging Professional was finished with our house. She did such a fantastic job-now I really don't want to leave! :-)

Now if we can just get people here to see it, I think we'll have a good chance of selling it-thank you for your continued prayers!

I LOVE THE HOUSE!!!! Who wouldn't buy it??? So amazing all you've accomplished!
I hear you can put it on MLS yourself, have you looked into that? And there is a for sale by owner.com where you can post: especially pictures!
I love the porch looking over the rolling hills. Beautiful! You go girl...Love you!

Hey girl! Wow, the house looks great. You should have no trouble getting a buyer right away. Are you settled in your new temporary home? I didn't know if you had the same email so please let me know. Hope I can see you soon!

Wow, what a beautiful house! Very much impressed with the company. But explain again, they decorate the house to sell but the owner does not get the house and furniture, correct? Bummer. I would say "how much for the house and furniture?"

Thanks for the pictures. Are you guys completely moved in and settled in your new place? I bet you are loving being close to family!

I'm using Laurance & Kimberly's computer until we get ours set up-there's no Charter here either so we'll have a new email-whenever we get it, I'll let you all know.

Thanks for the comments about the house!
And yes, Letisha you're right-the buyer would not get the furniture b/c it belongs to the stager (she has tons of inventory); we're basically renting the furniture from her until it sells, so the house wouldn't be left completely bare.
But I so know what you mean-when I first saw it, I said, "I don't want to move now!" But Will said, "Well, you know we can't keep the furniture, Laura." To which I replied, "I'm sure I could work out a deal w/Kim." :-)
