Tagged by Em

Okay, Em, I know you tagged me like a month ago to do your book meme :-); sorry I'm just now responding. Actually, I'm ashamed that I'm not reading more. When I have a moment, I usually check emails/blogs instead of read-shame on me.

One book that changed your life:
Besides The Bible? Ina May's Guide to Childbirth--in the sense that it changed my perspective on childbirth

One book that you’ve read more than once:
To Kill a Mockingbird

One book you’d want on a desert island:
The Bible

One book that made you laugh:
Life of Pi

One book that made you cry:
Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas

One book that you wish had been written:
How To Clean Your House in 5 Minutes

One book you wish had never been written:
Created To Be His Help Meet (I'm only kidding here; even though I don't agree w/everything in the book, some parts were convicting, and now having read it, I'm accountable-uggh! Thanks, Em!)

One book you’re currently reading:
Heaven-I started this back in June/July? Then put it away for awhile and just started back up

One book you’ve been meaning to read:
Mere Christianity-I have it now-that's a start

And now I've added two more...

One book that you'll never forget:

A Widow for One Year

One book that doesn't appear by its title to be fascinating, yet really is:
The Bark of the Dogwood-a Tour of Southern homes and Gardens

And now, it's time for me to tag some people....Sarah, Liz, Letisha, Erin

Laura,
I am so in the same boat: I read very little lately. How does this tagged thing work?
By the way, kudos for making through this morning: did you have rubber gloves? They say (those people with kids) that by your second one it won't even phase you! Love reading your site (my new favorite book)

Liz,
No rubber gloves--probably could've used them though. :-) Re: the tag, you can just copy and paste the meme to your blog-then delete my responses and put your own. Not sure if that's the "correct" way, but that's how I did it. Yay, someone enjoys my site-that makes me feel special. Thanks-love yours too.

hey, does this mean I too have a month before answering the meme??? heehee!

BTW, you know I love your blog. Sorry for not stating before, but I am constantly coming to read! I love chatting with you all the time like this. I did just notice the other day you have me as a link.... I AM HONORED!!!! I am trying to figure out how to do that for my blog...

Yes, you can have a month as well. :-) Glad you love my blog-makes me feel really special. I love keeping in touch this way too. Makes Alabama seem not as far away. Re: the links, I did mine under template. Where they have "edit-me" under links, I just inserted the different addresses. Yours may be different due to beta.

yeah, it is different. I have the few links on my blog but I want to divide the links into groups like
family/friend
blogs I read
etc. and cannot figure out how to do that part. Otherwise, I could just list all links to the side.

If you ever figure out how to divide the links, let me know. I've been wanting to do that too. :-)
