Pics from Em and Jeff

Em and Jeff visited the Sat. after Thanksgiving and took some cute pics of Ella. So now you all can see the leg hug I referred to in an earlier post. And guess what? Ella loves to pull a certain book off the bookcase in our bedroom. The title? The Anne of Green Gables Storybook. :-) What can I say? It's in her blood, I guess. :-)

"Oh Anne, you've grown so tall and stylish now!" Well, she's still working on the tall part, but she sure is cute! :)

Aren't little girls just precious?

Off to a good start on selecting books!!
So how many times have you read that book?

Love the Anne quote!
Re: reading the book, actually I don't know if I've ever read the book entirely-but I've seen the movie countless times. The storybook has pictures from the movie-that's why I originally bought it. It was my freshman year at BJU and I saw it in the bookstore. I was feeling rather homesick, so I bought it. :-)

The precious leg hug! I LOVE the ruffles on her sleeves!
And, not surprisingly, I loved that book and movies too, more so the movies than books (sometimes the language made me scream and rant...)

Liz,
The next time you, Em, and I are all together, we'll HAVE to watch some Anne. We'd have a blast! Are you like Em and enjoy rewinding certain parts? (i.e. let's look again how Gilbert shook his head so hilariously while clapping for Anne?")

YES: I use the rewind alot! And I love her hair changes too...

Maybe she got it from you then. :-)It's so funny-I never noticed all those little things until watching it w/Emmie. I was to caught up in the romance of it all.

I too got caught up in the romance of the story. You should watch it with the commentary on... that was enlightening!

As for rewinds.... I would rewind "all I want is you" over and over! She was crazy not to realize it way sooner!

I absolutely LOVE that final bridge scene too. And yes, she was crazy to not realize it sooner!
